Three Course Buffet Wedding Package

Our Oak Wood wedding package is a popular choice for couples looking to keep things tasty and simple with a three-course buffet solid menu.


As with all our menus, our smoked dishes bring flavours from Asia, Morocco, and Texas BBQ to the wedding breakfast table for guests to enjoy tucking into.


Oak - A great wood for smoking Beef, can easily overwhelm poultry. When used subtly gives an excellent quality to fish especially if of an oily nature.
